621F Case has a mind of it's own

being the King of Obsolete i usually don't have anything to do with new machine. this case arrived in the Kingdom with 635 hrs on it and a flat tire. i used the machine to raise it's self up to remove the tire. the machine was idling fine then it reved up to 1300 rpm and then it was fun to get the controls to work smoothly to put the loader on the safty stand.
so which knob do i adjust to keep this thing from reving up with no one in the seat???
