Hi Guys, my first post on here after lurking for a while and soaking up some of your knowledge.
I was contacted today by a customer who has two Komatsu wheel loaders W600 and W700 that have broken engines.
The question he asked was could he repower these machines with Cummins KTA19 engines of similar powers.
I know there is difference in size and Komatsu make their engines under licence, I'm looking for real world advice in the sense of could these engines be used by swapping bellhousings and some engineering work. i.e. in a developing country.
Thanks for any advice if any and have a nice day
Richard
