Need Help! 1996 John Deere 8875

so after plenty of screwing around testing everything I'm at the point where I think I need to replace my hydraulic gear pump. I have the new gear pump however there are two pumps on my machine and I don't know which one is what. Can anyone tell me which pump operates the boom and bucket? This is the one I need to replace. I tried tracing the hoses but they all appear to go to a valve body and without knowing what the inside of that valve body looks like I can't be certain of which pump is what.I am under the impression one pump operates the drive and one pump operates the boom and bucket. please correct me if I'm wrong and help me identify which is which. Thanks

need help Mitsubishi ws500

Hi guys. I have an old ws500. 5t articulated loader with a backhoe. It's quite rare so hard to find info on it. Anyway, it has a quick hitch on the front similar to the cat integrated tool carrier system. Possibly even the same as I believe cat and Mitsubishi were in bed when they built this. The attachment hooks on the forklift currently are made out of 32mm plate. 1 1/4 inches? I am about to get brackets made up to connect my 4 in 1. I was going to use the same 32mm plate but I saw a photo of the bucket for the it28g, same size bucket at around 2m wide, 7 foot? appears they have reinforced the top hook and holes for the hydraulic pins and used thinner plate. This might save some cash. Wondering if anyone had any advice about how I should go about this. Thanks.

Has anyone come across a NON-Cat source for these electric actuators that raise the hoods on 980G's? I'm sure they are used on other machines but we only hve the 980's

There have been at least for part numbers for these actuators(jacks)

The ones I know of are:

161-4001

210-2612

262-4913

308-2073

That last number is one the dealer stocks and they go for $1,460.00 boss almost fainted when I hit him with that number!1,500 clams to open a hood!!!

I have a 950f loader. When the boom and bucket levers are moved the machine vibrates like the pump is cavitating. The pump pressures are within spec. The problem is intermittent. Could something in the pilot circuit cause this? Any help would be great.

I live in Ireland and need parts for my Kawasaki KSS50Z (chassis number KLD50Z-1212, serial: 50Z71212) loader, build in the 80s sometime, and we don't seem to have Kawasaki dealers or parts suppliers in the whole of Europe! Therefor I'm badly in need of a parts catalog and/or maintenance manual for this machine, if I had that I would have some hope of getting parts on the net.

Maybe someone on here sells Kawasaki loader parts? If so please feel free to PM me!

Any help would be greatly appreciated:-)

Kind regards,

Joe

I have ATLAS wheel loader AR95, after cranking the engine, when the transmission is shifted to forward, it doesn't drive forwards, when shifted to backwards, it doesn't move back. I have checked the gearbox, during cranking the engine both the solenoid valve (forwards and bakwards drive) are already ON (they magnitize). Please enlighten me, what is wrong with my wheel loader. Thank you so much for you help.

Took Quite a while to remove all the hydraulics and press out those "football" pins. But eventually we had the loader arms off too,

Trojan Loader Repower with Cummins 4BT

$

This thread will document what needed to be accomplished to repower a 1989 Trojan 1500Z with a rebuilt Cummins 4BT with 130 HP. The engine repower will net a additional 37 HP over the Deutz F5L912.

The original Deutz is a rebuilt engine (2006) that had a rod knock when I purchased the loader. Took the engine out and the crank was ground for -.20 rods and -.10 mains, new rings, bearings and new rod/piston.

Had a Cummins Reviva 4BT and a rotary pumped 6BT sitting in the garage. The 4BT was scheduled for installation in my 1942 G506 (1.5 ton Chevy) however I will be using the loader extensively and decided to install the 4BT in the Trojan 1500Z.

As with any repower, it’s never a straight drop in and bolt up situation. New metal fab and parts are always part of the process. To start with, need to see what is at hand and where we need to go.

The 4BT is equipped with a SAE #2 flywheel and flywheel housing and a 10 spline 14” clutch. The Deutz F5L912 has an SAE #3 flywheel housing. The transmission is an Allison TT222-1 transmission with an SAE #3 bolt pattern. The Allison flexplate consists of 3 separate plates that are center mounted to the transmission torque converter and the 8 outer bolts mount to the flywheel. The 4BT starter is retained.

The first task is to mate an SAE #2 4BT housing to an SAE #3 transmission. C and C Truck Parts offers an SAE #2 to SAE #3 adapter ring for $75.00. Others want as much as $550. The Deutz flywheel is flat and the SAE #2 Cummins flywheel has a recess for the 14” clutch. Sent the flywheel to the machine shop to mill off the ridges for the clutch and provide an index for the flexplates.

With the mating and coupling issue solved, here are some of the known items that need to be addressed as the project moves along.

Fab new motor mounts for the front and rear of the 4BT
Fab mounting bracket for the transmission oil cooler
Add Cummins gear driven air compressor for brakes
Fab, find install radiator and coolant lines to engine and air compressor.
Fab brackets/mounting for radiator
Add air to air cooler
Deal with other details for electrical, throttle, engine shutoff, etc

Trojan 1500 wheel loader

Hey I just got a Trojan 1500 wheel loader and I don't know and cant find much info about it. I do know it has a Cummins motor which I thought was a good option. I would like to know what kind of tranny is in it and how much oil it should hold. Seems like it is low on oil in forward gears and I cant ever get a good read on the dip stick. when it is off and cold it reads oil but running and in neutral it shows nothing and to me that's seem when you should check it. Also is there any adjustments on the tranny? It seems like a good tight loader so any info any one has would be great

Thanks

Locating hydraulic leak in lx885

I'm looking to buy a l885 new holland skid steer but it has a oil leak that I can't find the source after removing the side covers, raising the seat and removing the floor plate. I'm wondering if anyone has had problems with holes in the oil tank since they are plastic. The leak seems to drip all the time through the rear hole in the skid plate under the engine. The owner is recovering from a stroke and can't help. The loader has 3700 hours on it. Thanks

Once this machine warms up, and your trying to ease up to a truck. You have to give more throttle than normal to get it to move. It like jerks forward, also jerks and like jump out of gear when you pull into stockpile. Only does this once warmed up. Been like this since I bought 2 years ago. I'm used to it but my help isn't. I've been told to add some Lucas, that it mite help. Tranny filter was changed and fluid in both sight glasses. Any help greatly appreciated

Clark 175B 8V-71 1975 Wheel Loader.

Good day, new to the forum. I have recently purchased a Clark 175B loader with the old common seized brakes. I am about to start work to repair them and thought I would go through the air system first before I pull the wheels off to fix the seized calipers. The quick release valves are supplied by Bendix and I am assuming the foot brake air valves are possibly the same. These are alloy components and rather than trying to run a seal kit through them guessing they are possibly pitted, it might be easier to replace them as they are very old. I have the parts manual but do not know the cross reference numbers for Bendix. Can anyone help that may have had the same issues.
