Can anyone help me find a repair kits for the transmission control valve on a model 2420 52 clark transmission in a MF-33 wheel loader. I also need a repair kit for the pressure regulating valve on the Torque converter. Model C 272 6. My problem started when I lost pulling power in forward and reverse. I went to check the fluid and found a good puddle under the machine and it was spewing out of the vent on top of the transmission control valve. I rebuilt the engine (248 Perkins diesel) 6 months age and had no problem finding parts. Not the same with the transmission and Torque converter. Any help would be appreciated.

Bobcat 773 hydraulic problem
Ok as said in the title we have a hydraulic problem on our bobcat 773. The bobcat runs fine and drives fine but the tilt and raise will not work. Its like it is not disengaging. The bar that you pull down is unlocking the pedals. When you try and tilt or raise it does load the engine up but doesnt move. On the back of the cab right next to the seat theres like 5 lights. All the lights are on except the tilt and raise light its not. The 4 in 1 bucket still works. Is there a solenoid or valve that we can test or fix and wheres it located thanks

Case 1845 wheel bearing nut torque
I have one wheel bearing apart and am waiting for the new bearings and seals from Motion. I don't have a rebuild manual. My question is what should the bearing preload or endplay be? What is the procedure for torquing the castle nut at the sprocket? It is a Case 1845, but I believe the 1845C is no different on this part.
Thanks!

JD 544A Steering Problems
When steering the machine it will turn fine to the right, but from a right hand turn you go to articulate left and it
turns fine until the machine is straight and then slows down and sounds like it is laboring/by passing oil. I have looked for leaks and don't see any. Does any one have a suggestion on where to start trying to fix this.

Will a 3306B engine work in a 980B cat loader?
I own 3 Caterpillar 980B loaders. They all run and work just fine. I'm always looking for spare parts and can get a 3306B engine cheap. What are the differences? Are the internals the same? I'm sure the injection pumps are different as this engine is in a dump. Thanks Randy

Oil analysis interpretation , to buy wheel loader help?
I am looking at buying a John Deere 544h With 16000 hrs on it. The machine came out of TX its fairly tight, no corrosion pretty clean. The price is not horribly bad but not a steal by any means. Only problem I did an oil analysis as it appeared that the fluids have not been changed in a long while. I was worried the Tranny and motor might have problems because the tranny fluid was pretty thick and old looking and the oil was pretty black so I sent off samples. I ran the machine pretty hard for 20 minutes then I took the oil samples by pulling the filters off wiping them of good and dumping oil from the filters into canisters for the oil lab. I got the results back and I have no clue on how to read them and the lab cannot tell me levels that are typically good, bad, worn, or failure imminent. So does anyone have opinions. I have read numbers all over the place and I realize I am buying a used machine but Id like to know if this is typically indicative of immediate engine failure within the near future or down the line.

Komatsu wa 380 loader wont move parking brake light stays lit all the time
My loader wont go into forward or reverse. The parking brake light wont go off. It has had this problem but after moving the parking break switch back and forth it finally goes. Not any more. I took the switch out and it has a yellow, white and black wire. The yellow has 24 volts as long as the key is on. The black wire has 24 volts when the switch is flipped it's way. If the switch is flipped so that the black wire has 24 volts. The white wire will show zero volts. But for some reason after a few seconds the white wire will show 24 volts. I cut the white wire and it still shows 24 volts until I turn the key off. I suspect it's some kind of relay. I would think when you flip the switch off of park that it should have no voltage flowing back to the parking brake switch. I checked the switch with a meter and there is no feed back in the switch, it is fine. The Komatsu dealer is 180 miles away. Thanks for any help

Cat 924g problem
serial number 9sw01157 I think I'm right last 2 digits are screwed up ..
Anyway it doesn't go into to 4 th gear code is 681-2 irradic signal ,no signal ...
I tested the high speed solenoid and no current other then 4.9 ..tested 3 th gear and saw it jump to 11.9 from 4.9 volts..
New gear selector on steering column replaced before I started working at shop and it didn't fix 4th gear .. other then selector , solenoid and wiring whats in between ?

Machine total fluid capacity. Math not working well
So, I'm working on a 644E loader, the spec seems to say 30 gallons for hydraulic system capacity, 6 gallons each axle and 4 gallons for the trans, numbers rounded off.
So with the axles filled and hydraulic system refilled, after splitting, overhauling the center pin, overhauling the steering cylinders, replacing a handful of lines and rebuilding the brake pump. So there wasn't much fluid left in the system, cleaned all the main lines to make sure there wasn't any debris.
After filling the hydrauilc tank and carefully purging, it sure feels like the 55 gal drum is darned near empty where it should have 13 ish gallons remaining.
does 'hydrauilc fluid capacity' just refer to the tank volume? If so, I'd have to guess where 12-13 gallons went.
Maybe a gallon for the filter, 3 for each steering ram, main suction line 2, feed lines, 1 each. perhaps that comes up to nearly 10 plus other dribbles.
I guess that's the question, is capacity different than total volume.
